Individual IFS Intensives

Deepen your healing in a spacious, focused format.

IFS Intensives offer extended, uninterrupted time to connect with your internal system — ideal for those who are already familiar with parts work and ready to go deeper.

These sessions are a good fit if you:

  • Have previous experience with IFS

  • Know your parts and want to explore more fully

  • Feel constrained by the traditional therapy hour

  • Are seeking dedicated time for focused unburdening and integration

This is healing work at your own rhythm — intentional, immersive, and guided with care.

 FAQs

  • Each IFS Intensive is thoughtfully tailored to your unique system, based on:

    • Your prior experience with IFS
Whether you're IFS-trained, IFS-experienced in therapy, or recently introduced to the model, the structure will meet you where you are.

    • Your system’s readiness
We'll consider how much internal access you have, how well-known and resourced your parts are, and how ready your system feels for deeper work.

    • Your goals for the intensive
Whether you're looking to focus on a specific part or pattern, complete an unburdening process, or explore something that’s hard to reach in weekly sessions — the structure will be shaped around that.

  • The cost of an IFS Intensive varies depending on:

    • The length of the session (typically 2–4 hours) over the course of several days

    • The level of preparation and integration support included

    • Whether the work is in-person or virtual

Rates typically range from $200-$250/hour, and I’ll work with you to design an intensive that fits your needs and your system’s readiness.

  • Both Sara and Jonah Bryan offer individual intensives. Jonah also offers couples intensives. Check out their bios to get a sense of who would be the right fit for you to work with based on their specialities and areas of focus for their practice.

  • It is highly recommended to do IFS therapy ahead of time to make sure you are ready for an intensive. However, there are exceptions to this based on how familiar a person is with the model.
