At Bryan Counseling Inc, we specialize in complex trauma, working with teens, adults, and couples from an IFS lens. Whether you're IFS trained or early in your journey and deeply curious, we value clinicians who are committed to depth work, emotional attunement, and lifelong learning.
Position Overview:
Full-time or part-time opportunities available for licensed or pre-licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligible candidate)
Must be IFS-informed or actively training (and excited about it!)
Work with a dynamic caseload of teens, adults, and/or couples
Focus on complex trauma, attachment, and relational healing

Clinical Internship Opportunities in Midtown Fort Collins
Are you a graduate student looking for a relational and trauma-informed internship experience?
At Bryan Counseling, we offer a limited number of clinical internship placements each year for master’s-level counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy students who are passionate about IFS therapy.
We specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples navigating complex trauma, and we love investing in our interns.
Ideal Candidates
Enrolled in a master’s program (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW track)
Interested in or actively learning about Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Curious, compassionate, self-aware, and eager to learn
Drawn to trauma-informed, relational therapy work
Committed to showing up for your own growth — personally and professionally
